Step-by-Step Guide

1.      Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that ALL items MUST be returned in original condition unused or altered in its original packaging with tags attached. All products must be unworn and unwashed.

2.      Be sure to include your original packaging slip and return slip. Your return slip is located on the back of your invoice or you may print one online under our “Shipping, returns, & Exchanges.”
 
3.      Fill out the return slip and enter the full reason for your return & your preferences of exchanges. Write your “RMA” number clearly printed on the front of the package. Double check that all of your information is spelled correctly.
 
4.      All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use any traceable and insurable shipping service for your return. Keep the tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Sisters United Celebrity Hair & Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes.

All returns must be in accordance with our agreed Terms & Conditions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the item(s) meet the requirements for store credit, we will gladly accept your unopened item in its original packaging for exchange or store credit within 3 business days of carrier confirmed delivery.

If in the event that more than 3 business days has passed or if the item has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

No products outside of its original unopened packaging and tags and shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Simply follow the online instructions below to complete a return. Upon receiving your RMA number, you may send the item back to us in accordance with our terms and conditions. All returns sent without an RMA number on the outer package will be refused and returned to the sender at his/her expense, without exception.

Failed deliveries/ Refused Shipments/ Incorrect shipping address:

Your order will normally be shipped via UPS or Canada Post to the address provided. 

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the primary cause of delayed shipments. In order to avoid this, please double check the information on your order. Please ensure that you have included all the necessary correct information needed to deliver your package.

All packages require Signature Verification. The shipping provider will have instructions to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and provide you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick up if necessary. 

Sisters United Celebrity Hair & Fashion will not be responsible for any problems or additional costs if customer requests that the carrier deliver to an alternate location that is different than the original shipping address. 

If a package is returned to us, it may be re-shipped by paying an additional shipping cost. If the package is returned and the customer does not authorize shipment, they will be billed for the shipping costs.

NO store credit will be issued on refused or abandoned shipments.

*Any orders received before 6:00 (EST) will be processed the same day

 

*Please be advised that in some cases orders can take up to 2 days to process before being shipped depending on product availability and the volume of orders being processed at the time. Sisters United advises all customers to order their hair at least 2 business days earlier than the expected arrival date. We are not responsible for lost appointments due to late shipments within the 2-day processing period.

 

FREE Ground shipping only valid for online orders with subtotal of $300.00 or more. Order usually arrives within 3-7 business days. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include taxes or any additional charges. Offer not valid on international orders. Any additional handling fees apply as indicated on item product page.

 

Sisters United Celebrity Hair & Fashion cannot ship to any orders to P.O. Boxes. Rural domestic addresses require 2 additional business days to deliver.

 

The prices we offer do not include duties and taxes. Recipient shall pay all the incurred expenses.

 

For the cardholder’s protection, Sisters United Celebrity Hair & Fashion reserves the right to send the first 3 orders to the cardholder’s billing address. Billing addresses must correctly match with the credit card being used.
